Marzipan/Pistachios Truffles

8 truffles


3.5 oz Marzipan
1 oz Pistachios
Lemon peel of a 1/2 lemon
2.8 oz dark chocolate 70%


Chop the pistachios and grate the lemon peel.
Knead the pistachios and lemon peel into the marzipan, and make 8 balls.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
Dip the balls in the chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Let cool in the fridge before serving.
