Nut Roll

3.5 oz Almond flour
3 dates
0.2 cups water

3.5 oz hazelnuts
3.5 oz rolled oats
1.7 oz + 1 tbsp dark chocolate 70% or darker
3.5 oz dates
1.7 oz coconut oil
1.7 oz honey
a pinch of salt

Start to make the marzipan.
Add Almond flour, dates and water to a blender and blend until firm. 
Roll the mass into a ball and put it in the fridge.

Roast the hazelnuts in the oven on 392 Fahrenheit (200 celcius) for about 10 minutes. wrap the nuts in a dishtowel so the peel goes off.
Melt 1.7 oz of the chocolate over hot water.
Put the nuts in a blender with rolled oats, melted chocolate, dates, coconut oil, honey, 1 tbsp unmelted chocolate and salt. Blend until smooth.

Take the Marzipan out of the fridge and place it on a cutting board.
Shape the Marzipan into a long square roll and add the hazelnut mass, shape it and roll in coconut flour.
Cut the roll in slices and let cool until serving.
