Apple Pie

1 Pie



1.7 oz Rice flour
1.7 oz Buckwheat flour
1.7 oz corn flour
3.5 oz coconut oil
3 tbsp flaxseeds
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp agave syrup


5.2 oz Almonds
0.4 cup agave syrup
0.2 cup almond milk
3 tbsp Rice flour
1.7 oz coconut oil
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1/2 tsp lemon peel


3 apples
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder

Coconut cream for serving


Put all the ingredients to the pastry into a bowl and knead the pastry into a ball.
Press the pastry into a pie dish.

Put all the ingredients for the stuffing in a blender, and blend until you get a smooth Mazarin mass.
Spread the mass onto the pastry and bake in the oven for 10 minutes on 392 Fahrenheit (200 Celcius).

Cut the apples in halves slices and place them on the pie.
Mix coconut sugar, cinnamon and vanilla powder and sprinkle it over the apples.
Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes on 392 Fahrenheit (200 celcius)

Serve with coconut cream
