Carrot Balls

4 balls


1 Orange
1 carrot
a small piece of fresh ginger
a small piece of fresh turmeric
2 dates
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp coconut oil
1 oz dark chocolate 72%
2 tbsp coconut flour


Peel the orange, cut the carrot in small pieces, peel ginger and turmeric, put it in a juicer. Save the pulp for the balls.

In a bowl mix the pulp with dates cutted in small pieces, chopped walnuts, oats and coconut oil. Make 4 balls and place them on baking paper on a baking pan, bake in the oven for 15 minutes on 392 fahrenheit (200 Celcius).
Melt the chocolate and roll the balls in the chocolate and then roll them in coconut flour. Set aside in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
