Protein Banana Bread

1 bread


3 bananas
1 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons Vanilla protein powder
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 handful walnuts
1 handful almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
8 tablespoons buckwheat flour
Melted chocolate for topping
coconut flakes for topping


Mash the bananas with a fork and put them in a large bowl.
Add coconut oil and milk, stir until smooth, then add protein powder, cocoa, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, chopped almonds and baking powder.
Mix it all together and add the flour little by little.
Pour the pastry into a baking form and bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 356 Fahrenheit (180 Celcius). Let cool on a rack and top with melted chocolate and coconut flakes.
