Makes about 30 pieces


1.5 oz sunflower seeds
1.5 oz sesame seeds
1.5 oz flax seed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut fiber flour
1.5 oz chickpea flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons coconut oil


Preheat the oven for 347 Fahrenheit (175 Celcius)
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Add water and coconut oil.
Mix it all together until the pastry is sticky.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes on the kitchen table.
Roll out the pastry 0.2 inches between 2 baking papers and cut into squares in decided size.
Place the baking paper on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Let cool on a rack.
