Beetroot Cake

1 cake

4 eggs
2 oz Coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 pinch salt
4 oz Beetroot pulp from homemade beetroot juice, contains carrots
2 tablespoons Coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 oz dark chocolate
3.5 oz riceflour


In a bowl, mix eggs and coconut sugar.
Add vanilla powder and salt, mix well.
Add the beetroot pulp and coconut oil, mix well.
Add baking powder, mix gently.
Add chocolate and riceflour and mix gently.
Pour the pastry into a springform with baking paper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 356 fahrenheit (180 celcius).
Let cool on a rack.
