Muesli Bar

2 bars

Pulp of Carrot juice:

2 carrots
1/2 apple
1 celery
1 orange
0.7 inches ginger

4 dates
1 teaspoon chiaseeds
10 cashew nuts
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons rolled oats


Start to make the carrot juice.
Cut carrots, apple, celery, orange and ginger in small pieces and put the ingredients in a juicer.
Save the pulp for the muesli bar.

Put the pulp in a blender with dates, chiaseeds, cashew nuts, honey and rolled oats.
Blend until it's all chopped.
Form into 2 bars and lay them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes on 392 Fahrenheit (200 Celcius).
Let cool before serving.
