1 banana
0.8 cup raspberries
10 almonds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Maca powder
0.4 cup Almond milk

Topping:

1 handful blueberries
8 almonds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon Hemp seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and top with the toppings.
