Salmon Wrap

1 serving

1 wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
1 tablespoon sun dried tomatoes
1 handful spinach
3.5 ounces smoked salmon
1 carrot


Heat the tortilla on a hot pan 10 seconds on each side.
Spread with cottage cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
Add spinach, salmon and carrot in strips.
Roll the wrap and cut it in the middle.
