Chicken Pie

1 Pie (4 servings)
Pastry:
3.5 ounces riceflour
2.6 ounces chickpea flour
3.5 ounces butter
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
Filling:
1 cooked chicken breast
4 big brown mushrooms
5.2 ounces broccoli, in small pieces
4 eggs
0.4 cups milk
1.7 ounces grated Mozarella cheese
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Pastry:
Mix the flour with salt and work the butter into the flour.
Add water and work it into the pastry until smooth.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
Press the pastry with the hands into a pie dish.
Prick the pastry with a fork and bake in the oven for 10 minutes on 356 Fahrenheit (180 Celcius).
Filling:
In a bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
Add salt, pepper, mushrooms in slices, broccoli, mozarella cheese and chicken breast in dices.
Pour it over the pastry and bake in the oven for 35 minutes on 356 Fahrenheit (180 Celcius).
