Orange Cake

1 cake

7 ounces butter
5.9 ounces cane sugar
4 eggs
1 orange
2 teaspoon baking powder
2.6 ounces dark chocolate
1 handful walnuts
2.1 ounces almond flour
5.2 ounces rice flour


7 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons marple syrup
1/2 orange
13 walnuts


In a bowl whip butter and sugar, whip one egg at a time into the dough.
Grate orange peel and add it to the dough and add 1 tablespoon orange juice.
Add chocolate and walnuts and mix. Add baking powder, almond flour and rice flour and mix until smooth.
Pour the dough into a springform.
Bake in the oven 356 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool.

Make the topping.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, marple syrup and orange juice and pour it on the cake.
Top with Orange peel and walnuts.
