Salmon Spinach Pie

pie dough:

2 tablespoons flaxseeds
6 ounces wholemeal spelled flour
3.5 ounces butter
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt

Stuffing:

1 hot smoked salmon
4 eggs
0.8 cup almond milk
1 pinch nutmeg
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 big handfuls spinach
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

In a bowl mix flaxseeds, flour and salt. 
crumble the butter into the dough and knead the dough with water.
Press the dough with the hands into a pie dish and prick the dough with a fork, bake in the oven on 356 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 10 minutes.

In a bowl whip eggs, milk and all the spices.
Pour egg mix on the pie and add salmon in dices and top with spinach.
Bake in the oven 356 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius) for 20 minutes.
