Vanilla Rice Pudding With Strawberry Sauce

3 ounces porridge rice
2 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1.2 ounces cane sugar
1 handful almonds
0.8 cup whipping cream

Strawberry Sauce:

7 ounces frozen strawberries
2 oranges
1 ounce cane sugar
0.4 cup water
2 teaspoon corn starch

Instructions:

In a saucepan add rice, almond milk, vanilla powder and sugar and cook for 45 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes. Let it cool in the refridgerator and add whipped cream just before serving.

In a saucepan add strawberries, orange juice, sugar and water and let cook for 10 minutes, add the corn starch mixed with a little water and let cook while stirring for 5 minutes. serve hot over the rice pudding.
