Kale Salad

2 servings

2 big handfuls chopped kale
3.5 ounces Feta cheese, diced
5 dried figs, cutted in small bites
2 handfuls salted almonds

Dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon Limejuice
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients for the salad together in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together in another bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
You can serve the salad with thyme marinated chicken breast and pommes frites seasoned with oregano.
