Asian Fried Noodles

2 servings

4.4 ounces noodles
1 tablespoon garlic oil
3/4 cabbage
1 carrot
1 spring onion
1/2 red chili
a little piece of ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 lime
1/2 teaspoon hot chilisauce
1/2 mango
1 handful peanuts
1/2 handful fresh coriander


Cook the noodles after the instruction on the package.
Cut cabbage into strips and carrots in dices, spring onion in slices and chop the chili and ginger.
Fry all the vegetables in garlic oil in a frying pan for about 5 minutes, then add paprika, fish sauce, lime juice and chili sauce, let cook for 2 minutes and add the noodles, stir for about 5 minutes.
Top with diced mango, peanuts and coriander.
