Marzipan Balls

7 ounce Marzipan
1.4 ounce Dark chocolate 70%
0.4 cup Raspberry Dust

Instructions:

Roll the marzipan into 16 balls.
Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in a saucepan filled with water.
Dip the marzipan balls in melted chocolate and raspberry dust.
Lay the balls on a cutting board while the chocolate hardens.
