Quinoa Salad

1 serving

0.2 cup black quinoa
1 clove of garlic 
1 spring onion 
1/2 red bell pepper 
1/2 handful parsley 
3/4 cucumber 
1 handful edamame beans
1/2 avocado 
2 teaspoon oliveoil
1 teaspoon applecider vinegar


Cook the quinoa after the instructions of the package.
Cook the edamame beans for 5 minutes.
Chop garlic, spring onions and parsley.
Cut bell pepper, cucumber and avocado in small cubes.
Make a dressing of olive oil, applecider vinegar and seasalt.
Mix it all together in a bowl and serve.
