Chia Pudding

2 Servings

3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoons skyr
1/2 lime
1 banana
1 handful hazelnuts
4 strawberries
8 raspberries
1 handful blueberries


In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla powder together and set aside in the fridge to overnight.
The next day, add skyr and limejuice to the pudding and stir it together.
Pour it in 2 small serving bowls and top with banana, hazelnuts, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
