Chickpea Pizza

1 Pizza (2-4 servings)


Dough:

2 cups water
2 tablespoon flax seed
3.5 ounces oat flour
7 ounces rice flour
1 tablespoon coconutsugar
1 teaspoon vegetable broth
2 teaspoons baking powder

Topping:

1/2 broccoli
1/2 cabbage
1 celery
1 can chickpeas
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 handful grated cheese

Instructions - Dough:

Heat the oven to 428 Fahrenheit (220 Celsius).
In a large bowl add water and flax seed and let rest for 5 minutes.
Then add all the other ingredients and knead the dough and let "rise" for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough into a circle, 1 cm thick between 2 baking papers.
Lay the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Put the topping on the pizza and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.

Instructions - Topping:

Cut the broccoli in small pieces and put them in a saucepan to boil for 5 minutes.
Chop the cabbage and celery.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the vegetables and the chickpeas.
Add all the spices and fry for about 10 minutes while stiring.
Put the fried mixture on the pizza and top with broccoli and cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
