Cake with dates and almonds

7 ounces Almonds
14 ounces Dates
6 tablespoons Coconut oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla powder
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
5 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 Ripe banana
a little salt
the juice of a 1/2 Lemon
6 eggs


Instructions:

Blend the almonds to flour.
Chop the dates.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour and dates together.
Add coconut oil, vanilla powder and cinnamon.
Mash the banana and add it to the dough, add cocoa powder, salt and lemon juice.
Add 1 egg at a time and mix it all together.
Pour the dough in a springform and bake in the oven at 345 Fahrenheit (160 Celcius) in 45 minutes.
Let it cool and top with mint leaves and serve with skyr mixed with vanilla powder.
