Spaghetti Bolognese

2 handfuls of Wholemeal Spaghetti
1 tablespoon oliveoil
14 ounces ground beef
4 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1 aubergine
1 tomato
1/2 red chili pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon thyme
Himalayan salt
pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes

Topping:

Grated parmasan
cashew nuts
fresh basil
chilisauce

Instructions:

Chop all the vegetables in small pieces.
Cook the Spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Heat a large frying pan with olive oil and fry all the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and stir, when it´s getting brown then add the spices and chopped tomatoes, if it´s too thick then add a little water.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Drain the cooked spaghetti and lay it on plates, pour the bolognese over the spaghetti and top with the toppings.
