Pumpkin Seed Buns

1.7 ounce yeast
0.8 cup almondmilk
0.5 cup soya yogurt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon honey
0.4 cup sesame oil
4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons linseeds
21 ounces wholemeal spelled flour


In a large bowl, combine yeast, milk, yogurt, egg, salt, honey and oil and mix it together. Add Pumpkinseed and linseeds and stir. Add the flour and knead the dough until it's smooth but still a little sticky.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 min, while heating the oven. Bake in the oven for about 15 min. on 392 Fahrenheit (200 Celcius).
