Cherry Juice

6 Servings

17 ounces Cherries
7 ounces Cane sugar
4 cups water
1 lime


In a large saucepan, boil cherries, sugar, water and lime juice for 20 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat and let it cool a little. Pour the cherry juice into a clean bottle and let cool in the refrigerator before serving.
Add water into the juice if its too strong.
