Strawberry Waffles

1½ cup whole wheat flour
1 ounce rolled oats
1/4 cup cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1.2 cup almond milk
0.4 cup coconut oil
3 eggs
3.5 ounce strawberries
Topping:
14 ounce strawberries
4 cups vanilla ice
fresh lemon balm leaves
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla powder.
Add almond milk and whisk the ingredients together into a dough.
Whisk coconut oil into the dough. Add the eggs and whisk into the dough.
Cut strawberries in small pieces and turn them into the dough.
Bake the waffles in a hot waffle iron.
Serve with vanilla ice, sliced strawberries and fresh lemon balm leaves.
